Delivery information

The standard delivery charge is £14.99 for all mainland orders.

Delivery time is calculated in business days.

Products in stock will be sent after the order is confirmed and the payment is verified.If your order contains stock and out of stock items, your order will be sent once all products are available. Delivery is anticipated within 7 - 10 working days of confirmation of your order. If plants are out of stock when the order is placed the delivery time is around 14 - 21 days, but we will contact you to let you know.

Please open the package immediately on receipt. These are living plants and will need watering on arrival - please read care instructions provided. If the package is damaged in any way, please advise us immediately.

** The standard £14.99 delivery charge applies to plants under 1.5m in height. Plants taller than 1.5m high are subject to extra delivery charges. We will contact you on receipt of order.
